OKAYS, now i shall talk about something else. if i were to ask you, what is LEADERSHIP? what will be your answer? probably you'll tell me, the capability to lead. well, a stupid idiot also will know. but what makes a leader successful? what makes a leader gain high respect? what makes a leader a leader? can you now answer me all these?

how about i ask you.. what do you think of a leader who is abusing her authority and throwing her weight around just because she's got such high ' rank '?

to me, it's disgusting. i feel and think it's DAMN DISGUSTING.

i was once a leader. a drum major who take charge of the whole band. who needs to organise things for my band. i've gone through so many leadership courses. gone through NCO ( national cadets officer ) camp and interacted with so many leaders before, exchanged thoughts and ideas of being good leader who will GAIN respect from our fellow members. just think, the members i have to take care and gain their trust and respect is not just 10 or 20 of them. it's freaking 40-60 of them. facing such a large group, it's even harder. yet her team is, so much lesser than just a band? and, what makes her thing throwing her weight around is what she can do? wow~ her leadership is so damn good you know. the BEST i ever came across.

ha. my menses is here. and i can tell you, i would be REALLY nasty and mean if i feel offended. and yes. i do feel offended. by the ' shirly head judge ' from lynnee's blog. seriously it's like WHAT THE FUCK????

never did i know, the shirley i know from hvper since like, many years ago is like that. wow~ how AMAZING can that be? head judge, chief od judge is JUST A TITLE. nothing else. she don't even slide, nor did she slalom. well, maybe she did slalom before, that's what i heard. but ever since i started skating in 2005, i've NEVER seen her on skates before. not even for national runway. well, i don't care. what i was told is that, a judge needs to be able to be a good slider ( for a slide judge ) and good slalomer ( for a slalom judge ). but is she? ha. i don't know.

tell me, what do you think after reading what's below.

Shirley head judge: After reading your comment. This is my view point as a head judge. Nothing personal but just want to my things clear.The fact that out of 3 judges if 1 judge scoring is = for contestants.
Shirley head judge: What other ways can we possibly determine the winner but to take the 4th/5th attempts into account.
Shirley head judge: No.2 The reason there are 3 judges for a competition is to eliminate the possiblity of an = decision.

Shirley head judge: What contract have you sign with us? If it is a really GREAT eye opening and jaw dropping competition to you.. Then PLEASE ask IC to host competition in the future.
Shirley head judge: We as a organiser do not need an award of appreciation for organising skating event
Shirley head judge: however we do not appreciate any unproductive criticism.
Shirley head judge: In every competitions you can never please everybody. If you are so unhappy with the judging system, why dont you form a judging association.

Shirley head judge: As a "JUDGE", you should respect the final decision and should not instigate discontenment among participants.

Shirley head judge: FYI: my team went for many international competitions. WE NEVER EVEN COME CLOSE TO TOP 10 POSITION ( SLALOM). CAN WE BLAME THE JUDGES OR OUR COMPETITORS. "NO" BUT CAN ONLY SAY WE'RE NOT GOOD ENOUGH

forget about the unhappiness. craps. full of craps. who doesn't want her own team to win the whole game? ha. she sounded very fair eys? but well, who doesn't know deep down in her heart she also want her team to win. it's just like what sky said. so fucking true. ohh well. this world is full of people who are sarcastic and fake.

like i said, i can be REALLY nasty and mean when i'm offended or rather, moody etc. and i'm the most stubborn person you can ever fight with. when i think something is right, no matter what you do or say just to convince me, i can just tell you ' fuck that ' and i turn away. trust me. i do that. even to prince. sometimes he tells me things and i disagree.. i'll just ' fuck that, i don't care about those shits. ' and i just turn away. if i can do that to someone so dear to me, what makes you think i wouldn't do that to someone whom i'm not even close to? HA. the more i'll do it.
